Dear Moms & Dads,
Our goal here at Hofman Rentals is to give everyone a safe and clean place to stay while visiting this all American City. We want each and every one who stay with us to have fond memories of Ocean City. All of our properties are privately owned and not a hotel. Please be mindful of a few courtesies.
Examples:
- If you make a mess, clean it up.
- If you use it, put it back.
- Smoke outside.
- Keep quiet after dark.
- Take the trash out.
- Cut light & appliances off when not in use.
- Leave the place like you found it.
We do strictly enforce the rules. Unfortunately, once in a while, one or two members of a group may disregard repeated warnings by management about them breaking of the posted rules. Please remind them that destruction of property, drugs, underage drinking and Intoxication are serious rule violations. Violation of said rules will result in immediate evection without refund. Parents, make sure your young adults read the what to bring list. And read the posted cleaning departure requirements to ensure a full deposit return.
